We're proud to publish Your London Florist's first annual Impact Report, covering 2025/2026.

Following our B Corp certification, the report looks at our progress across five areas: Governance, People, Community, Environment and Customers.

Highlights include our accreditation as a Living Wage Employer, moving to renewable electricity, recycling more than a tonne of cardboard in 2025, working with COM:POST to compost our green waste and developing our community partnership with The Felix Project.

We're also open about where we need to improve. Over the next 12 months, we will establish clearer energy and waste baselines, contribute at least 30 hours of employee volunteering and strengthen how we measure employee and customer satisfaction.

This is our starting point. We'll report again next year to share our progress and remain accountable to our commitments.
