Big words, big moment.

B Corp Certification recognises businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. For us, it reflects the way we believe floristry should be: beautiful, thoughtful and responsible.

Since 2011, YLF has grown from a little London flower shop into a design-led floral and plant studio, creating flowers, plants and installations for personal celebrations, hotels, restaurants, events, brands and brilliant spaces of all kinds.

But behind every arrangement is a bigger question: how do we create work that feels good, looks good and does a little more good too?

B Corp has given us a proper framework for that. It looks at how a business treats its people, customers, community, suppliers and the planet, not just what it sells or how good it looks on Instagram. 

For us, that means a lot of things.

It means being proudly 100% female-owned.
It means being a Living Wage Employer.
It means recyclable packaging, renewable energy and better waste systems.
It means composting our green waste, reusing materials where we can, and giving flowers a second life after events.
It means supporting local charities, community spaces, students, independent businesses and creative people.
It means making decisions with a little more care, even when nobody’s watching.
