Refund policy

At Your London Florist, all of our work is made to order. As a result, we have a limited refund policy, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection may not be refundable, as materials and preparation will already be underway.

Changes to Orders

  • We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.

  • Requests to amend orders must be made as early as possible and cannot be guaranteed close to the delivery date.

Quality & Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • We may ask for photos to help us assess and resolve the matter quickly.

Perishable Products

  • As flowers are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds for issues reported outside of 24 hours after delivery.
