At Your London Florist, all of our work is made to order. As a result, we have a limited refund policy, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
Orders cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or collection may not be refundable, as materials and preparation will already be underway.
We will always try to accommodate changes where possible.
Requests to amend orders must be made as early as possible and cannot be guaranteed close to the delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
We may ask for photos to help us assess and resolve the matter quickly.
As flowers are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds for issues reported outside of 24 hours after delivery.
