Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery across London and the UK, depending on the nature of the order.

Delivery

All deliveries are arranged directly with you at the time of booking.

  • Delivery dates and timeframes will be agreed in advance

  • For standard orders, we aim to deliver within a specified time window rather than a fixed time

  • For events and installations, delivery and setup schedules are coordinated as part of the project

Delivery fees vary depending on location, size, and requirements, and will be confirmed when your order is placed.

Processing Times

As all of our work is made to order, lead times will vary.

  • Standard bouquets typically require 2–3 days’ notice

  • Larger or bespoke projects may require longer

We will always confirm timings with you when your order is placed.

Courier Deliveries

For certain orders, we may use trusted courier partners.

Once an order has been dispatched with a courier, delivery is subject to their service and terms. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will always assist where possible.

Collection

Collection from our studio is available by arrangement.

We will confirm a collection time with you once your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order where required.

Once delivery has been completed to the agreed address, responsibility for the items passes to the customer.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery.
