Our Relationship with Guildhall

Your London Florist has worked with Guildhall since 2017, developing a long-standing relationship with the venue and its events team across a wide range of corporate, civic, private and public-facing events. In 2026, we are proud to be publicly listed by Guildhall as a recommended florist, reflecting years of reliable delivery and collaborative working.

Working within a Grade I-listed heritage building requires a considered approach. Over the years, repeat events have allowed our team to develop a detailed understanding of Guildhall's spaces, access requirements and operational considerations, while ensuring that every floral design remains appropriate to both the architecture and the occasion.

Working with a Heritage Venue

Our approach is built around clear communication and careful planning from the initial brief through to de-rig. We provide considered creative proposals and costed options, confirm room layouts, access and set-up requirements early, and prepare as much as possible off site to minimise disruption within the venue.

Working within a historic building also means being mindful of how installations are positioned and secured. Our team uses stable freestanding designs and venue-approved methods, carefully considering guest flow, sightlines and the practical requirements of each event before completing a clean hand-back of the space.

A Recent Example: Guildhall Pride Reception

On 18 June 2026, we provided floristry for Guildhall's Pride drinks reception and networking event, welcoming approximately 250 guests across the Old Library and Print Room. The floral scheme included arrangements for poseur tables and the bar, alongside a statement mantlepiece and stained-glass feature.

The installation was prepared largely off site, allowing our team to work efficiently around bar service, guest movement, performances, sightlines and emergency routes. While this event is one recent example, it forms part of the much longer relationship we have developed with Guildhall over almost a decade.
