Your London Florist was commissioned to create a bespoke botanical installation for the launch of the Bill's x Poppy Cooks menu at Bill's Stratford. The installation was designed to serve as a centrepiece for press photography and social content, bringing the spirit of the collaboration to life through playful, food-inspired floristry.

The Brief

The creative brief called for something unexpected and visually arresting — a botanical installation that would feel at home in a restaurant setting while generating strong content for press and influencer coverage. The piece needed to reflect both the Bill's brand and Poppy Cooks' vibrant, accessible approach to food.

Our Floral Approach

We designed a sculptural installation incorporating moss, fresh vegetables, herbs and statement florals — blurring the line between kitchen garden and floral art. The result was tactile, colourful and full of personality, creating a backdrop that felt genuinely connected to the menu launch's culinary narrative. Every element was chosen to photograph well and to invite guests to engage with the space.

The Result

The installation became the visual anchor of the launch event, featuring prominently in press coverage and across social media. It demonstrated how thoughtful botanical design can amplify a brand activation, creating a memorable moment that extended the campaign's reach well beyond the event itself.
